I had the great honor last week of being hired to present 'Lessons From Everest' to the entire student body of Cranston East HS. I gave 3 presentations to about 1200 students and faculty and it went great. My main dude, teach Rick Cushman's, request was goal setting and achieving [or as they say in Cranston RI, 'goh settin' an goh gettin']. All said and done it went perfect and was in fact the tenth school I have presented to this year! Next week I will talk the talk and walk the walk at New Beginnings Chiropractic weekend in NJ, a gathering of PKX brothers and Chiropractors from all over the world. Stoked about that one! Before I forget, I highly recommend 'Force of Nature' by surfer Laird Hamilton....great book and great philosophy of life. Fired up for the Lucinda Williams concert tomorrow night at Lupo's in Providence. It will be my fourth concert of hers. Party on Garth!

  1. Hi Tim,
Great blog! Goal setting and achieving is one of my favorite topics ;-) I’m sure the students were impressed with your Lessons from Everest.
